In 1866 Hammersmith was a popular viewing place for The Boat Race. Nowadays the bridge is closed off for viewing - hardly surprising as safety of the public didn't seem to be considered then.
My picture takes in the bridge in a much quieter time! And now is available mounted on Etsy as a great gift.
